Caroline Zhang - World Junior Figure Skating Champion

2007 World Junior Figure Skating Champion, Caroline Zhang, showed up on an ordinary freestyle practice session today. I was coaching some young figure skaters at the time, and the young celebrity was so polite and gracious. She signed autographs as she practiced and waited in line for her music to be played.

I asked her if it was true that she skates seven days a week. She explained she skates all the time and practices more on the weekends than during the week. The joy of figure skating shows in this young person. It was especially thrilling to see Caroline try out her new program in front of the young skaters at my ice arena!
