Have you ever participated in National Showcase or in other artistic or theatrical figure skating events? What costumes did you wear? What music did you skate to? What character did you portray? Was it fun? Share your experiences! Share Your Experiences

YES!!!

I have skated two Artistic Showcases and I must say their so much fun! I skated to the song "Mama Mia" and I wore my own designed costume with minimal crystals a orange tool tutu, and for the torso a stretchy blue top. I also did "Ease on down the road" I looked only slightly liked Dorothy. I highly recommend Artistic routines because they are so much fun!

I have!

I have done a showcase, it was to American Bandstand by Barry Manilow. The character I was was a fifties girl. Every time I competed with it I placed 1-3! The costume I wore was a pink and green dress designed myself with a belt and had a curly bottom with fish-net. It was really nice.
