Video of the Killian Ice Dance

"The Kilian" is a difficult and fast compulsory ice dance. Both ice dancing partners skate the entire dance in the killian partner position and both partners do the same steps. The most difficult part of the dance is the choctaw turn that occurs in the middle of the dance. The choctaw turn is done from a forward inside to back outside edge. This video shows an ice dance team performing "The Kilian." (Note: Killian can be spelled two ways: "Killian" or "Kilian.")
