This video montage shows Sasha Cohen's spirals and spiral sequences over the years. Sasha Cohen was the Olympic Figure Skating Silver Medalist in 2006. A spiral is a figure skating move where the skater glides on one foot and the leg that is not on the ice is extended back. The leg should be extended so that skater is in a horizontal position, but Sasha Cohen does spirals where her leg is high above her head. She is known for doing beautiful and exceptional spiral sequences.
