Mark Cohen is a highly technical scientist and takes a similar approach to his skating. He breaks down each move. He enjoys the challenge of putting it all back together.
Mark Cohen's coach is Lexi Rohner
. She is a skating coach in Los Angeles. She also serves as the Pacific Coast Sectional Vice Chair for the U.S. Figure Skating Adult Skating Committee. Mark usually takes one lesson a week with Lexi, but when time permits, he tries to fit in an extra lesson.

Figure Skating Goals and Experience:
Mark skates at the Adult Pre-Bronze level. He first competed in March of 2006 in an ISI competition. His second competition is the 2007 Adult Pacific Coast Figure Skating Championships.
Mark Cohen has passed the U.S. Figure Skating Adult Pre-Bronze Moves in the Field
Test and the Adult Pre-Bronze Freeskating test.

Mark Cohen lives in Calabasas, California. He represents the All Year Figure Skating Club. Mark skates at three different ice rinks: Easy Street Ice Arena in Simi Valley, California, Valley Ice Center and Culver Ice Arena.
Hobbies and Interests Outside of Skating:
One of Mark Cohen's interests is music.
Mark's son David, is a Lego Robotics champion. Mark coaches his son's team.
