All figure skaters need to remember that falling down is part of ice skating. This means that it is very important to not cry in public after an ice skating fall. If the fall hurts so much that you must cry, go into the ice rink's restroom or another private place and cry. Then, return to the ice as quickly as possible and do the move you fell on immediately. Figure skaters must work hard at not showing emotion in public.
