The Ankle Buzzer is a figure skating training aid that makes a happy and pleasant noise when ice skaters make ankle contact if they cross the feet correctly in the air as they do figure skating jumps. In this video, a figure skater does an Axel jump while wearing the Ankle Buzzer. She is convinced it helped her get her free leg in the correct position.
